Parking Tips

  • Street Parking: Metered pay-parking is available directly along West 4th Avenue and on the side streets (Cypress, Maple, Yew)


  • Free Parking: Free 1-hour and 2-hour residential parking spots are typically available on the surrounding blocks of Cypress St, Maple St, and West 3rd Ave (always check local signage).
  • On busier afternoons, give yourself a few extra minutes to find a spot.

Driving from North Vancouver

  • By Car: The most direct route is the Lions Gate Bridge: take Highway 99 south across the bridge, continue through Stanley Park, then cross the Burrard Street Bridge into Kitsilano and you're a couple of blocks from us on West 4th. Off-peak that's around 20 to 25 minutes. If you're coming from the eastern North Shore (Lynn Valley, Deep Cove), or if the Lions Gate is backed up, the Ironworkers Memorial (Second Narrows) Bridge is a solid alternative.

Driving from West Vancouver

  • By Car: Head to the Lions Gate via Marine Drive or Taylor Way, then follow the same route through Stanley Park and over the Burrard Bridge. From Ambleside or Dundarave, plan on roughly 25 to 30 minutes without heavy traffic.

How to Get Here (by Transit )

  • By Bus: Take the SeaBus from Lonsdale Quay to Waterfront Station, then connect to a bus running along West 4th Avenue and get off near Cypress or Maple. Buses over the bridge into downtown also connect through to Kitsilano.

A Note for North Shore Skin

Living at the base of the mountains has one quirk worth mentioning if you're mid-treatment. Days on Grouse, Cypress, or Seymour expose your skin to more UV than you'd expect, because altitude and fresh snow both amplify it, and UV is the single biggest thing that slows removal and can affect healing.
