“I had an appointment with Craig for laser removal and was feeling a bit anxious as it was my first session...”

I'd heard good things from friends (and the internet) that Craig was THE guy for removal, so we drove from Abbotsford to Kits. So worth the drive.

Craig was AMAZING! He was so knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure I knew what he was doing every step of the way and explained the process before we got started, so there were no surprises. He asked for consent before touching me to do the removal. Not only that, but he was so approachable and had a great demeanour. He answered all our questions with ease and gave great tips. He also totally understood that the session might be a bit emotional, was really supportive, and made me laugh.

The pain was minimal. Everyone always says how bad it is, but this was maybe a 3/10 for me (my tattoo is on the inside of my arm, just above the elbow ditch). Craig was so wonderful that I'm actually kind of looking forward to my next session. That says a lot!

I already had three tattoo removal sessions at a different establishment, and honestly, the difference between the two experiences is night and day. I would highly recommend Craig.
