  • Street Parking: Metered pay-parking is available directly along West 4th Avenue and on the side streets (Cypress, Maple, Yew)


  • Free Parking: Free 1-hour and 2-hour residential parking spots are typically available on the surrounding blocks of Cypress St, Maple St, and West 3rd Ave (always check local signage).

Driving From Burnaby

  • By Car: From central and south Burnaby (Metrotown, Deer Lake), head west into Vancouver along Kingsway or Canada Way, then follow West Broadway or West 4th Avenue across to Kitsilano. From north Burnaby (Brentwood, Lougheed), the Grandview Highway or Highway 1 West connects you to the same route. Off-peak, plan on roughly 25 to 35 minutes, depending on where you start and the traffic.

  • By SkyTrain, the easy car-free option: Burnaby is one of the simplest areas to reach us without a car. From any Expo or Millennium Line station (Metrotown, Brentwood, Lougheed, Edmonds and the rest), ride toward downtown Vancouver, then connect to a bus heading to Kitsilano and West 4th Avenue. You can also come through the Broadway corridor and transfer west.
